Personal and Business growth isn't where or what you thought.
Traditional means offer marginal results. Time to go out of the box.
This write up is going to be published in 2 posts over the next week. In these posts, I will cover what conditions must be present for an organization (not a person, that will come separately). However, you can see a preview of individual flow here, as well as some experiment results.
This 2-part series is focused on an organization’s ability to activate Organizational Flow and specifically, what is required within the foundation of their collective state for Organizational Flow conditions to manifest.
Let’s look at how this works.
To illustrate this, let’s first do a quick thought experiment.
Your brother lives down the street from you. You two are close. He is in his late 40’s and lives less than 2 minutes from you, so you see each other frequently.
Your brother has a stressful job that he lets get to him. Lately you have noticed he has grown anxious and short tempered. Present but not present. Nothing seems to interest him or give him joy anymore.
Over the past few years, he has developed a habit of eating fast food for breakfast and lunch, seemingly always running late. He’s more fragmented than ever.
Your brother always seems to have a highly processed snack bag in his hand. He stays up late each night either watching partisan news, doomscrolling on social media or playing first person shooter games. He has put on what looks like 50 or 60 pounds and his wife feels he drinks too much, and you agree. He looks strung out and unhealthy.
He is constantly railing on the stupidity and laziness of his co-workers, his boss’s cluelessness and how is company is constantly under performing. He’s given up on trying to make a difference but seems incapable of getting himself motivated to look for a new job either. Everything and everyone seem to work against him. Your brother is miserable at work, miserable at home and even miserable within his own skin.
You grow concerned enough to speak to him, suggesting that he consider changing his habits. Adopt a healthier lifestyle both mentally and physically. You tell him you are worried he will get heart disease, if he already hasn’t, and perhaps have a heart attack or a stroke.
He rolls his eyes and reminds you there is no history of heart disease in your family. But at the same time, he tells you he is exhausted. Changing his habits is not going to happen. All he wants to do is relax when he has a spare moment. His devolved personality shines through and he tells you mind your own business. So, you leave.
Your brother sees his reality as simply what is in front of him. He responds to it. His perception of what is, has become what is. He only focuses on what is tangible to him. He only sees what is on the surface, there in plain sight. His boss is real. The Doritos are real. His Xbox is real. His problems are real. So, he just accepts what surrounds him and believes he can do little to nothing to change it.
His negative thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions are quite literally creating the probability of negative events materializing around him as well as in him. His bad attitude infects others and reflect back, causing his days to grow increasingly miserable. His negative energy is also eating away at him inside. Making him sick.
Given the above scenario, what is the probability of your brother suffering a life altering or life ending event? A certainty? High? Medium? Low? Zero?
The probability is somewhere between a certainty and high. In this thought experiment, your brother lives in the world of the ‘middle truth’ as many of us do.
There are three types of truth, and these three truths determine more than you can imagine.
I am going to stop here and make a declarative statement.
This is not spiritual fluff or ‘Law of Attraction’ talk. This is vibrational physics and quantum mechanics at work. The three truths are intertwined with mathematics and science. If you read enough scientific papers on the topic, you will see elements of these truths woven throughout.
This is where some, who are looking for a more ‘nuts and bolt’s business strategy will roll their eyes and tap out, thinking that this isn’t business strategy, it is New Age Woo-Woo B.S.
For some, that may be your perception, but please consider that this perception is based on a lack of understanding of the underlying facts.
Everything is energy. Everything. What governs all of this is physics and much of it, quantum.
If you want a business strategy, there are plenty of books and plenty of options. If you want a performance strategy capable of profound results, then stay with me (for the next post that is).
The next post in this series will drop one week from today (April 30, 2025). So be sure to check back!
